BryanSnuffer.com Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping s always calculated based on your combined order at this web site. More and more of the inventory at FlightDeck Publications are IN STOCK items and can expedited within a day of your purchase. Giclee' prints and canvas prints have a minimum three week turn around and we ask that you be patient on these items. They are custom printed at the time of order and will take time to arrive safely with the quality that FlightDeck Publications expects.
FlightDeck Publications and the Studio of Bryan David Snuffer will not guarantee arrival of items for Christmas if ordered inside of fourteen days prior to Christmas Day.
Right now BryanSnuffer.com only allows one shiiping option for orders placed on the web site. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. All prints are shipped in a tube unles otherwise noted. Soon as inventory changes we will allow expedited shipping options for our domestic customers.
Off continent and internatiional orders please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. |

| Returns |
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement. To receive full credit refund or exchange less shipping and handling charges, returns must evidence a postmark within 30 days of the original order date and be in re-saleable condition. If products arrive damaged FlightDeck Publishing will replace the products ordered at no extra charge.

FlightDeck Publishing will accept online orders from our international customers; however the following policies apply to any international order received via our website:
• All pricing is based on U.S. funds only.
• Your international online order may not display your correct shipping charges regardless of the method of shipping you select. These charges will be calculated and you will be informed of your final invoice amount PRIOR to shipment.
• Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions are not applicable for international orders.
• All international orders must be paid by credit card.
• Additional taxes, tariffs, or shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer. |
